Summertime breakfast 

Not that I need any motivation when it comes to eating, but I absolutely love making a perf breakfast when it’s summertime. I can spend time making it, as well as having it whenever I want to on most days! I thought I’d share one of my fave brekkie choices; it’s quick, simple and perfect if you cba to cook up a feast. This fab breakfast has no cooking involved, great for those lazzzzy dayz. 

Let’s get into it.


So I absolutely adore a good, hearty smoothie in the morning. This is my fave combo, and tastes incred. You will need:

  • One banana
  • Five strawberries 
  • Around five cherries (ish)
  • A splash of almond milk
  • Half a small tub of 0 fat vanilla yoghurt 
  • Two ice cubes 

Then blend! 

So if that part wasn’t easy enough, this part is a doddle. Avocado avocado avocado! I love a crushed avo on toast, and goes amazing with this summery smoothie. 

All you need is one avocado and simply crush it with a fork. Pop it on a piece of toast and voila! So simple yet so beaut. 

So there we go! A beautifully simple summer breakfast that takes no effort at all, this is especially lovely on a lazy Sunday.
