Makeup look with Laura Geller

Hello lovelies!

I’ve had quite a few Laura Geller products lying around my makeup collection since Christmas, and I thought it was about time to use them! I have used a few products here and there (and really liked them), but I have never created a look using many of the products at the same time. So, I’ve decided to put them to the test!
To create this look, I have used quite a few Laura Geller makeup products along with some others. I found that a lot of the makeup I used worked well together, especially with my base.

Here are the products I used!

So to begin with, I moisturised using my Garnier moisture bomb moisturiser. I then used the Laura Geller ‘Spackle treatment’ primer to prep my face. This primer has a lot of colour to it, I think to even out your skin tone. I found this this primer is best if you’re tanned, as mine is quite dark! After this, I used my trusty Maybelline ‘dream satin’ liquid foundation in Natural Ivory all over, following with the Laura Geller ‘Baked balance-n-brighten’ colour correcting foundation in Medium on top; this is kinda powdery, so worked well over my liquid foundation.

Next, I cheated a lil bit and used the Laura Geller baked eyeshadow ‘Sensation trio’ in Tiramisu as highlighter and bronzer. This actually works amazingly, having found this out around a month ago when I basically forgot my makeup bag and had to improvise with what I had haha! I now take this with me if I need to pack light, it’s so ideal. The shadow’s pigments are great, especially the shimmery shade on the far left when being used as a highlighter.

Say hello to my new FAVE blush ever. This is the Laura Geller ‘baked blush-n-brighten’ in the shade Tropic Hues. I was really impressed for saying this was my first try! It is really beautiful, yet subtle- you really do not need much product on your brush.

Of course I used my ABH dipbrow to do my eyebrows, long with my Benefit gimme brow on top. I used my Nars concealer to conceal around my brows, as well as under my eyes.

Instead of using the eyeshadow trio, I used my Morphe palette instead. I blended some of the lighter, shimmery shades all over my lid to give a natural look on my eyes. I then used the Soap & Glory Supercat liner, along with my Maybelline lash sensational mascara- I adore both of these together!

Lastly I used the Green People Velvet matte lipstick, the shade of this lippy is to die for! I will be writing a post very soon on the Green People skincare products, so keep an eye out! Along with the nude lipstick, I paired it with my Essence nude lip liner- Essence lip liners are sooo creamy and come in some lovely shades.

So to conclude, I really like Laura Geller as a brand so far, their products are incredibly pigmented and feel like great quality. I deffo want to try out some other products by them!

I hope you all have a great day (got the beaut weather!) and I’ll see you soon.

Love,

Cade
