What is EFT?
The Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful tool that allows us to remove imbalances and blockages throughout our mind-body, which affect our emotions, beliefs, behaviours and health.
Your body is equipped with an energy system- that energy travels along pathways called meridians. By tapping on these meridian points along your body, this sends a direct message to your amygdala (the emotional area in your brain). When tapping, we acknowledge our challenges, then rewrite and state positive suggestions of change.
EFT neutralises the blocks and disturbances running along our energetic charges. With this, we can heal the disruptions that become stuck in the mind-body system. When we restore our positive energy and be rid of the blocks, we can relieve symptoms that arise from difficult emotions or negative experiences – e.g. anxiety.
Thinking about these pain points and challenges trigger the fight or flight response in the amygdala, which then causes anxiety. EFT helps us calm the amygdala, restore that needed balance and promotes calm living.
Coaching sessions which involve EFT with me allow you to release negative emotions and blockages found across your energetic system through your body. You not only tackle the root of the challenges, but you also learn to love and accept who you are.
These sessions are completely bespoke to you and your desired change. I write and deliver the EFT session, so you know that your needs are solidly met. I can help you bring balance to your body and mind, also to release anxiety, fears and blocks that get in the way of you living your divine dream lifestyle, on your terms.

How it works
Here’s some information on how my sessions work and what would be the next steps if you decide to move ahead with EFT sessions…
Firstly, I can answer any questions you may have. Remember, no question is a silly one! Next, I will send you a questionnaire where you can tell me a little bit about you and what you’re looking for. This way, I can create bespoke session/s that will support you, your needs and desired outcome.
A discovery call is offered if you are looking for a package (e.g. 3-12 sessions), however, you can have sessions ‘on the go’ (e.g. 1-2 sessions). You can make a decision whether you’d like to proceed with more as we go along.
Once I have the questionnaire and we’re both happy to proceed, we can set a date for our appointment.
All of my sessions take place online, via Zoom. This is a fabulous way to do sessions from anywhere in the world, also in the comforts of your own surroundings. When on our calls, we can always see, hear and connect with each other.
